Rena, VOULA, ATTIKI
The guests will visit local museums and learn about the Arts, and will then spend the rest of the day with Rena, swimming, chatting, relaxing and enjoying themselves in different beaches at the south of Athens.
Dimitris loves to offer travellers a chance to get acquainted with local spots of interest, on bikes. He offers a comprehensive city trekking bike tour in Athens on the brand new Athens bike road, ending up at a traditional winery with wine tasting sessions and lessons.
Guests will enjoy a walk around the historic Athens center, visiting places of historic interest and getting a deep understanding of greek history and modern athenian way of life. They will then enjoy lunch at a traditional tavern, and will continue with a complete aromatherapy session where they will have a hands-on experience of cream production based on pure oils and essences.
The visitors will become acquainted with the greek history, customs and culture, and will also undertake a series of outdoor activities in order to appreciate the greek flora and fauna.
Guests will enjoy a spiritual get-together, whereby they will visit various christian-orthodox chapels and small churches in the area. They will then head back home, in order to enjoy a hands-on cooking experience, and have lunch with Tetty. After that, an invigorating stroll to the little-known sites of Gazi and Kerameikos will give them the insider’s story of these two districts.
Amalia, VOULA, ATHENS
Guests will have a chance to know a real lady, who is a typical representative of Greeks who were born and raised in Constantinople. She will let them into her life’s rare experiences, take her guests to beloved places, and teach them the secrets of the famous Constantinople cuisine. This is a “live history” session.
Guests will visit places far away from the tourists’ trail, like the central market, a local flea market and a picturesque local tavern, and take learning sessions in greek cooking, patchwork creation & dancing.
Christina, PORTO RAFTI
Guests will sample local cuisine, collect herbs, visit local wineries, visit monasteries and chappels, take a walk along the sea shore, collect shells, and experience painting on porcelain.
Maria, DROSIA, ATTIKI
The visitors will have a chance to attend a unique creative course that will teach them how to create ornamental glass beads, using a special torch, which they will then take with them at the end of the workshop.
The visitors will enjoy a full day which includes a history trip to the Marathon classic route, a stroll through the local producers’ stalls and stands, a refreshing swim at the famous Schinia beach, and an invigorating family time with coffee, fresh juice and chit-chat.
Anna, CAPE SOUNIO
This experience will offer visitors a unique all-day greek experience at Cape Sounio, including swimming, beach volley, coffee and a barbeque, traditional delis, and greek dancing.
Maria, IRAKLEIO, ATTIKI
This experience will help guests exercise their handcrafting capabilities over a journey on traditional weaving that connects yesterday’s traditions and crafts with today’s needs. They will learn how to hand-craft appliqués, patchworks, quilts, decorative textile creations, through a creative game of imagination and aesthetics.
Catherine is what you call a "real cosmopolitan". She offers a "get-together" experience involving greek cooking, greek herbs, traditional sweet liqueur drinks, natural beauty products, invigorating discussions, and experience exchanging within a typical warm greek family home. She also loves kids!
Yiannis takes advantage of his extensive experience and personal involvement in the "sailing for pleasure" as well as the "food & catering" sectors, in order to offer a thorough walk-around experience covering various places of local interest, especially sailing-and-food-related, in Athens and Piraeus.
