I watch you from my table in the shade of the plane tree, and I see the glow of your screens reflecting on your faces. You are standing in the middle of a stunning Venetian harbor or a dusty village square, yet you are not really here. You are in the digital world, staring at a blue dot on a map, frowning at a review on TripAdvisor, or frantically refreshing a ferry schedule on a website that hasn't been updated since 2019. I see the anxiety in your shoulders. You trust the data in your hand more than the reality in front of your eyes. And this, my friends, is the third great trap of the Greek experience.
